Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
We ship directly from our UK-based warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the United Kingdom.
Do Cyrusher e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Cyrusher electric bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy. The bike must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Our e-bikes are shipped approximately 90% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and detailed video instructions to help you complete the setup in about 30-45 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through providers like Klarna and Clearpay to help you spread the cost.
Is it legal to ride Cyrusher e-bikes on UK roads?
Our bikes are designed to meet UK EAPC regulations with a 250W motor and a 15.5mph speed limit. For models with higher specifications, they are intended for use on private land unless registered with the DVLA.
